Aletheia Sophia is a fragrance of remembrance, given in devotion to the returning presence of Goodness upon the Earth. In the ancient Cathar lands of the French Pyrenees, she tends Les Contes, a sanctuary of living waters, animals, prayer, and presence, where the sacred is woven into the rhythm of daily life. Here, the Earth is known as temple, the body as altar, and the soul as a living vessel of divine renewal.

Once known throughout the world for Sacred Body Awakening, Aletheia has, over time, refined her work toward greater simplicity, rootedness, and surrender. Now dwelling at Les Contes, she shares through The Shift Network, baptism, early Christian sacraments, somatic prayer, holy oils, books and garments shaped by devotion with the deepening intention that only spirit move through these offerings.  

Having listened deeply to the many streams of the Christian tradition from gnostic, mystical, traditional, esoteric, and the newly emerging forms — she returns, again and again, to the innocent way first blessed into her life by her father in childhood: a way of nearness, trust, and simple devotion. In those early beginnings, Sophia was not yet known by name, yet in time revealed as living wisdom, widening and deepening the path from within. It is this hidden simplicity that guides her still, holding the tenderness of that first love and the quiet radiance of Christ.
