Somatic Contemplation

Welcome to a new series of physical/spiritual transmissions, which I coined Somatic Contemplation. By dropping a few words, often of a gnostic variety, into the vast intelligence of the body through movement, we come into visceral contact with pure knowing.

My latest study has been "SHE is not designed to give. She is designed to multiply what she is given". This has led to revelation after revelation! During these transmissions, I will lead you into a somatic descent through the many layers of beingness until you contact that ever-evolving horizon and bring it into your material world as solid knowing.
