When you live in the Light Of Eternity - you live in Truth. And Truth can sear straight through you, finding cordoned off areas and suddenly switching the light on! 

Our Vocation - 'late Middle English: from Old French, or from Latin vocatio(n-), from vocare ‘to call' is a Calling. A Vocal. 

Somatic Contemplation is a 'vocal' transmission to take you on a somatic descent through the many layers of beingness until you contact that ever-evolving horizon and bring it into your material world as solid knowing. Movement is Medicine - this is true; Movement also unveils Wisdom. These Somatic Contemplations are a movement-based journey that brings us to a Wisdom that was there all along, living and breathing inside us as an all-encompassing love.

Somatic descent brings tremendous restful insights that heal, make whole and soothe. This work comforts, anoints, and blesses our deepest rivers of being. It is also a nourishing resource for our nervous system and emotional stability.
