Holy Hours of Sophia

Join me for an 8-week immersion into the 8 Holy Hours of Sophia (Wisdom). This traditional framework powerfully strengthens the mystical awareness of the divine mystery within the everyday world.

The Holy Hours are divided into eight “offices” or prayers for different parts of the day: matins (midnight), lauds (daybreak), prime (beginning of the workday), terce, sext, none (the “little hours” during the workday), vespers (sundown) and compline (retiring to sleep). For 8-weeks, we will focus on each of the ‘hours’ per week, slowly and steadily keeping us connected with the Limitless Light, Christos and Sophia throughout our day.

Once a week for 8-weeks, we will gather together online for an hour-long Live and Recorded immersive transmission.
