A Weekend Immersion
"Your Kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven." — Matthew 6:10
There comes a moment on every authentic spiritual journey when awakening is no longer enough.
We have remembered our body.
We have begun to heal.
We have rediscovered our capacity to feel, to receive, to trust, and to inhabit ourselves more fully.
And then another longing quietly emerges.
How do I now live this?
How do I carry this way of being into my marriage, my friendships, my family, my community?
How do I love from this place?
Again and again, those who complete Sacred Body Awakening ask me the same question.
"Teach us how to love like this."
Not simply how to move.
Not simply how to heal.
But how to love.
This workshop is my first response to that longing.
It is an invitation into the next chapter of the journey.
A journey that explores what it means to embody the love of Christ so deeply that every relationship becomes a place where Heaven gently touches the earth.
The Redemption of Sexuality
One of the most unexpected gifts of Sacred Body Awakening has been hearing both women and men quietly share the same discovery.
"I can't go back."
"Something has changed within me."
"I have opened a door into something far deeper than I knew was possible."
Many then ask,
"How do I bring this into my intimate relationship?"
"How do I make love from this place?"
These are not questions about technique. They are questions about transformation.
For many discover that what they truly long for is not more excitement, but more communion. Not more performance, but more presence. Not simply physical intimacy, but the profound experience of being fully seen, fully received, and fully loved.
I believe one of the greatest needs of our time is not the rediscovery of sexuality. It is the redemption of sexuality.
Sexuality itself is not the wound. It is one of God's beautiful gifts.
What has become wounded is our relationship with it—through shame, fear, performance, domination, disconnection, and loneliness.
This retreat is not about rejecting our humanity. Nor is it about idolising it.
It is about allowing the love to gently restore every part of our humanity until even our most intimate relationships become places of tenderness, reverence, joy, mutual honour, and communion.
Bringing Heaven to Earth
When Jesus taught His disciples to pray,
"Your Kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven,"
perhaps He was speaking not only about the world.
Perhaps He was also speaking about our homes.
Our marriages.
Our friendships.
Our communities.
Perhaps Heaven begins to appear every time we choose truth instead of pretence.
Presence instead of performance.
Compassion instead of judgement.
Mutual honour instead of control.
Love instead of fear.
This workshop is an exploration of how the Kingdom of God becomes embodied—not only through prayer and contemplation, but through the way we listen, embrace, forgive, bless, speak, and love.
What We Will Explore Together
Over the course of this retreat we will journey through:
- NEW Sacred Body Awakening practices that deepen presence and relational awareness.
- Embodied prayer rooted in the life and teachings of Mary Magdalene
- The redemption of intimacy and sexuality through love rather than performance.
- The healing of shame and the restoration of innocence.
- Mary Magdalene as a witness to faithful presence and resurrected love.
- Somatic practices
- Silence, blessing, prayer, Scripture, contemplation, and shared community.
- Practical ways of carrying this way of loving back into everyday relationships.
An Invitation
This is not a workshop about perfect relationships. It is not a workshop about learning techniques.
It is an invitation to become the kind of person whose very presence brings a little more of Heaven to Earth.
For perhaps the deepest transformation is not found in extraordinary experiences.
Perhaps it is found in becoming someone who loves differently.
Someone who listens more deeply.
Who forgives more freely.
Who remains more faithfully.
Who welcomes another with reverence.
Who allows Christ to restore every part of their humanity.
That Heaven is not reached by leaving the earth.
It is revealed whenever love becomes incarnate. To love.
And together, to discover how Heaven may gently touch the earth.
